Compliments to the children for sharing your book The ABC’s of Christmas and the musical selections at the church Christmas Eve service. You all can be very proud of your presentations.
Besides preparing for the Christmas Eve performance the Sunday School children learned about David. We learned that God chose David to be King of Israel when David was just a boy. So, we followed David’s interesting story from childhood to King. David loved and trusted God as a shepherd boy, a musician, a soldier, a general, an author/poet and a King.
Note: There are 150 psalms in the Book of Psalms in the Bible. David wrote 73 of them.
